Chino Farm Book Signing (5th anniversary): Chef Nancy Silverton

Join Chino Farm and the Good Earth / Great Chefs series to celebrate their fifth anniversary of book signings by attending the book launch celebration of Chef Nancy Silverton’s “Mozza at Home.” Silverton will be joined by her co-author, San Diego native Carolynn Carreno, a crew of chefs from her restaurants, and artisan cheese makers from the family-owned Di Stefano Cheese. Seasonal dishes utilizing Chino produce will be prepared from the book. In addition, Box Canyon Band will be performing bluegrass music.
Nancy Silverton is the co-owner of Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Chi Spacca, and Mozza2Go in Los Angeles. She is the founder of the La Brea Bakery and formerly owned and operated Campanile. She is the author of The Mozza Cookbook,Twist of the Wrist, Nancy Silverton’s Sandwich Book, Nancy Silverton’s Pastries from the La Brea Bakery (recipient of a 2000 Food & Wine Best Cookbook Award), and Nancy Silverton’s Breads from the La Brea Bakery, and Desserts.
