Austin Brisket Experience

Straight from the Aaron Franklin playbook in Austin, Texas, is a perfectly cooked brisket, BBQ sauce, and 2 side dishes for 8-10 people.

BBQ enthusiast Brandon Taitano will either smoke a brisket to order that’s specific to the individual (sandwich style, flat meat only, point meat only, or just arm-wrestle your friends over who gets the burnt ends) and deliver it to your gathering – OR Brandon will give you tips on preparing your own brisket on your home smoker. He can also provide instructional videos for extra assistance. Learn how to pick, trim, season, and smoke a piece of brisket from start to finish, as well as how to make the perfect Espresso BBQ sauce.
