Every Tuesday, a guest chef joins the team at Galaxy Taco to create three additional tacos on the menu for one night only, and this week it’s Brittany Cassidy, Chef de Cuisine at Rustic Canyon Wine Bar & Seasonal Kitchen—one of Los Angeles’s best restaurants.

In addition to the special tacos, enjoy house favorites like octopus tostada, wood-grilled adobo trout, mahi ceviche, michelada-steamed mussels, and of course Galaxy’s own outstanding tacos made with non-GMO blue corn masa. Many ingredients are sourced locally from San Diego’s Chino Farm, Pacific Shellfish, and Specialty Produce.
