The next in a series of partner dinners highlighting a restaurant that regularly utilizes local ingredients, and with a portion of proceeds going toward the Berry Good Food Foundation, Chef Mario Moser of Flying Pig in Vista will roast a whole pig from Cook Pigs Ranch in Julian, CA. Produce will be sourced from Edge of Urban Farm and Josey Belles Farm, among others. Vegetarian/vegan options available.
